hi i am a happy customer with tarazz , i have been shop at US online for years. I like to buy things that can't be find in singapore for my 3yrs old daughter and my husbands use to buy golf set from them. And i like to buy all kinds of bag and always have problem with thier shipping fee to singapore because i need to brought the item first then i will able to know the shipping fee this. Sometime, it will cost me alot and the shipping fee is greater than the item.
But after i knew about tarazz.com i really have no problem with all this and the service people are so nice (i think his name call kai) they will call if the item is not avilable and the service is so fast and i told him that i need to do some shopping need him to transfer the tarazz$ (instead to refund) INSTEAD to wait for 24hr to 48 hr for my tarazz $ to be transfer but with an hr i had receive a call from kai say that they have transfered,what i can say your services people really do fellow up this is what customer NEEDS and i will definely recommend your wedsite to all my friends.

I highly recommend tarazz for 2 reasons:
(i) i did a calculation comparing tarazz to previous online purchases done. though i can't remember the exact figures, if u get tarazz at the 8% discount promotion period, the more u buy, the more u save compared to others. For my case, getting ion drums + 3rd cymbal + rock pedal (inclusive of shipping and overweight charge) saved me almost $50 compared to other vendors. Without the 8% discount however, there is minimal difference.
(ii) easy to use. u only register once, make ur payment, fullstop. However, others required u to register for acct, send ur NRIC card scanned/fax to the HQ, wait for them to SNAIL MAIL u a activation pin, activate ur account, and after making ur order, u gotta send ur invoice/receipt, wait for them to process n send u confirmation again before u can finally sit back and relax." by Jiayong84

Tarazz at $78 is definitely cheaper. Anyone here wants to share on Tarazz to purchase the cymbals ? Each extra order will save ard $4 for shipment.The consolidated order is not per item. For Triple cymbals, 2 orders save $4.23 but 3 orders save $14.42!!! So the more consolidated order better!" by Lucky123

Not that I could tell since I'm pretty bad at math, but prices on Tarazz may seem more expensive in comparison because shipping fees and insurance are already bundled in, not to mention a premium for not having to calculate everything manually. At least you won't be in for a nasty surprise after the final bill is calculated. Plus somethings are still cheaper compared with local retail stores.
Anyway, Tarazz gives discounts to members regularly. I bought a Samsung NC-10 from Amazon using Tarazz yesterday when it had a 8% off promotion, which saved me over $70. But you have to be a member to be informed of their promos." by Newbie

This is so much easier. You shop to Amzon.com via Tarazz.com, you just put your items in the cart and make the payment amount via DBS CC as stated in the listed price. Once done, that is it .. no need to worry about your item arriving, no need to send any email to confirm your item, no need to worry about more expensive delvery charges etc (of cos other than the fine print issue). I've ordered my cafe corner for $208. And Tarazz called me the next day to confirm my order, and also said that there will be a slight delay due to snow storm in the US.
